12:00-12:30pm- GRIT Cardio – 30 minute high intensity interval training and plyometric workout

12:30-1:00pm- CX WORX

5:30-6:00pm- GRIT Cardio

6:00-6:30pm – Body Combat – High energy, martial arts inspired, non-contact workout

Looking for a new fitness class?

Check out our BOSU and TRX! This class will focus on using body weight to increase strength and balance. 

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Fee: $30 Members  $50 nonmembers 

 

Cardio equipment use for Ages 14 to Adult Only.
Parents please supervise children when they are using equipment.
