Ninja Kids Obstacle Course Racing clinic!
Kids will try the thrilling adventures of obstacle racing- featuring learning how to move safely and efficiently. Children will learn to encourage and help one another while having fun!

Crash Course: Basic Elements is a one hour introductory program. During this hour, you will be learn basic bouldering and obstacle course techniques. The session is a one-hour combined workout. Participants are welcome to stay for the remainder of the day and all fitness levels are welcome. Come learn, build your confidence, and have some fun.
